Explore the fundamentals of "Sushi Making at Home" for simple and delicious Sushi-Plate to forever impress your dinner guests.

 

 

 

We will guide you every simple steps to create 'Sushi in varieties'.

Starting with the most important elements of Sushi - The Rice.

We will talk you through about the rice and how to cook and turn into perfect Sushi-Rice by demonstration, followed by hands-on cooking experience -  preparing Sushi-ingredients 'NETA' such as Japanese rolled omelette 'TAMAGOYAKI' and everyone will get to work on rolling 'MAKI', forming 'NIGIRI' , pressing 'OSHI' and much more. 

 

Once the cooking is complete, enjoy your sushi-plate in the dining room or the garden,  with a choice of Japanese Sake and tea along with Japanese sweets for dessert.

Explore the fundamentals of "Veggie Sushi Making at Home" for simple and delicious Veggie-Sushi-Plate to forever impress your veggie guest.

 

We will explain and demonstrate the classic yet simple techniques, starting with how to cook rice and turn into perfect Sushi-Rice, preparing Vegetable Sushi ingredients 'NETA' such as Eggplant 'KABAYAKI' and 'TOFU Carpaccio', followed by hands-on cooking experience - everyone will get to work on forming 'NIGIRI' and 'GUNKAN' Sushi that looks like common fishy Sushi.

 

 

Once the cooking is complete, enjoy your sushi-plate in the dining room or the garden,  with a choice of Japanese Sake and tea along with Japanese sweets for dessert.

Explore the fundamentals of Deep-fried Crispy Tempura and Udon noodle from scratch

 

 

We will explain and demonstrate the simple techniques, starting with how to mix and knead flours into chewy home-made Udon noodle using Pasta machine and one of the most popular Japanese dish 'Tempura' making with seafood and vegetables, followed by hands-on cooking experience - roll out and cut 'Udon' and fry in batter.

 

Once the cooking is complete, enjoy your Tempura and Noodle in the dining room or the garden,  with a choice of Japanese Sake and tea along with Japanese sweets for dessert.

Okonomiyaki is known as one of  Osaka Soul Food or Japanese Pizza.

It's a savory Japanese Pancake with cabbage, flour, egg, and various toppings like meat, seafood or whatever you like to top!

 

We will explain and demonstrate the classic yet simple techniques, starting with how to cut cabbages, mixing the ingredients, and how to grill on the pan, followed by hands-on cooking experience -  cut, mix and eat as you grill with Osaka soul!
